Dhara Pendavala was born out of a shared love for the art of confectionery. The journey began when Pratik Balkrushna Savani, a skilled pastry chef, and a seasoned entrepreneur, joined forces to create a haven for sweet enthusiasts. 🛵 અમે લોકો રાજકોટ માં રેપિડો દ્વારા પાર્સલ તમારા ઘર સુધી મોકલી આપીએ છીએ જેનો ચાર્જ લેનાર પાર્ટી એ ચૂકવવા નો હોય છે, જે 30/- થી 80/- રૂપિયા સુધી નો હોય છે.. તે તમારા એડ્રેસ અને લોકેશન ઉપર આધાર રાખે છે..
અમારો ઓનલાઇન અને રિટેઈલ બંને ભાવ સરખા જ રાખેલા છે.. જો તમે રૂબરૂ શોપ ઉપર આવશો તો પણ તમને આ જ ભાવે પ્રોડક્ટ મળી જશે 😊.
🛑 બહારગામ કુરિયર માટે ના નિયમ 🛑
ખાસ વાંચવું- ઓર્ડર બુક કર્યા પછી 2 દિવસમાં પાર્સલ તૈયાર થશે.
- પાર્સલ તૈયાર થતા જ અમે તમને કુરિયર ટ્રેક ID અને Docket નંબર સાથે પાર્સલનો ફોટો વૉટ્સએપ પર મોકલી આપીશું.
- જો તમારું ગામ ગામડું અથવા શહેરી વિસ્તારના બહારનો એરિયા હોઈ જ્યાં કુરિયર કંપની ડિલિવરી કરતી નથી, તો તમારે કુરિયર ઓફિસેથી પાર્સલ લેવા જવાનું રહેશે.
🚫 પાર્સલ રિટર્ન કે કેન્સલ થશે નહિ. - ડિલિવરી ક્યારે મળશે તેની માહિતી માટે તમારે કુરિયર ઓફિસનો સંપર્ક કરવાનો રહેશે. અમે તમને પાર્સલના ફોટા સાથે કુરિયર ઓફિસનો નંબર પણ આપી દેશું.
- અમે મજબૂત પેકિંગ કરીએ છીએ, છતાં પણ કુરિયર દ્વારા થયેલી ભાંગ-તૂટની જવાબદારી ધારા પેંડાવાલા ની નહિ હોય અને કુરિયર વાળા લોકો પણ જવાબદારી લેતા નથી.
- કુરિયર ફક્ત માલ પહોંચાડે છે એટલે Cash on Delivery (COD) ઉપલબ્ધ નથી.
- પેમેન્ટ માટે અમે તમને GPay નંબર અને QR કોડ વૉટ્સએપમાં મોકલી આપીશું. ત્યારબાદ તમારે પેમેન્ટ કરવાનું રહેશે. પેમેન્ટનો સ્ક્રીનશોટ અથવા મેસેજની ડિટેલ્સ અમને મળ્યા પછી અમે તમને ઓર્ડર બુકિંગ કન્ફર્મેશન મેસેજ મોકલી આપીશું, ત્યારબાદ તમારું પાર્સલ બુક થશે.

અધર સ્ટેટ Shipping ચાર્જ - 200/- 1કિલો

🛑 Important – Please Read (English Guidelines) 🛑
- After booking your order, the parcel will be ready in 2 days.
- Once ready, we will send you the courier tracking ID, docket number, and a photo of the parcel on WhatsApp.
- If your village or area is outside the courier delivery service, you will need to collect the parcel from the courier office.
🚫 Parcels cannot be cancelled or returned. - For delivery time updates, you must contact the courier office. We will also provide you with the courier office number along with the parcel photo.
- We always do solid packing, but Dhara Pendawala is not responsible for any damage/breakage caused during courier transit, and courier staff also do not take responsibility.
- As the courier only delivers the parcel, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- For payment, we will send you our GPay number and QR code via WhatsApp. You must complete the payment. Once we receive your payment screenshot or message details, we will send you an order booking confirmation message. Only then will your parcel be booked.
